The professional device for high-end applications at the highest level - The TS7 SMART swingaway heat press from Secabo is THE professional device for textile finishing at the highest level and the first heat press from Secabo Made in Germany. The professional device has a modular design and thus provides you with an optimum basis for creating your own personal "workhorse". With its convenient automatic swing mechanism, the Secabo TS7 heat press offers a particularly large working area for easy alignment of the transfer objects. The generous base plate measuring 40 cm x 50 cm is arranged in portrait format, which makes it even easier to position the objects to be transferred precisely. Transfer objects with a height of up to 70mm are easy to handle thanks to the large adjustment range of the press head and can be pressed with a maximum contact pressure of up to 250g/cm2. Whether you want to press work pants, gym bags or hoodies, the large adjustment range makes them completely flexible. With a swivel angle of 110°, you can work in a comfortable working position. The swivel direction of the TS7 SMART can be selected to the right or left, allowing the heat press to fit perfectly into almost any production environment. The automatic opening and automatic swinging open of the TS7 SMART swingaway heat press after the transfer process makes your work easier and ensures a smooth workflow. The Secabo TS7 Smart is suitable for all known heat transfer processes and can therefore be used in all areas of transfer technology. As you would expect from Secabo, the TS7 SMART is easy to operate, even for beginners. The device has a digital controller, where a temperature of up to 225 °C and a maximum pressing time of 999 s can be precisely preselected for the transfer. Like all products in Secabo's TC SMART series, the TS7 SMART has a Bluetooth interface which, together with the Secabo SMART Transfer app, offers complete instructions for multi-stage transfers and many other great features. The TS7 SMART heat press is available with the TB7 thermobase, quick-change systems, exchangeable plates and the slide extension as well as other accessories from Secabo.
Our SMART models are equipped with new electronics that were developed on the basis of Secabo's extensive industry know-how and are "Made in Europe". In addition to known settings, such as temperature and time, the range of functions has been extended to include settings for pre-pressing, a counting function, sleep and auto-off mode, 10 memory locations for transfer parameters, and many other features. The control concept has been completely reworked to further improve press handling for the user - the rotary push button and the large display are significant contributions to this.
The completely redesigned Secabo app is a free feature for all SMART heat presses and their accessories. It is a huge information pool for laymen as well as professionals - most manufacturer information is readily available for use directly via the Secabo app, and you'll also find values that were tested and verified by Secabo for many types of media. A major advantage of the Secabo app are the simple instructions for complex multi-stage transfer processes. In addition to time and temperature, various pressure settings can also be differentiated. The combination with small base plates and thus extremely high contact pressure achieves dramatically short transfer times, which have so far never been indicated by a manufacturer of heat presses or transfer media. Given an established Bluetooth connection, the app can automatically push the selected settings to the press. With the Secabo app, several SMART heat presses can also be selected and controlled via a mobile device, such as smartphone, tablet or even via a laptop. We also make the entire know-how of our Secabo app available to you offline, so that a constant internet connection is not necessary for the app to work.
The TS7 SMART convinces with a new intelligent design and construction. In the selection of the processed components, attention was paid to high-quality materials and surfaces. The TS7 SMART features a modular design that optionally allows for quick and easy equipping with replaceable base plates of various formats, with a quick-change system and with a slide extension. Particularly noteworthy is the ability of expansion with the SH7 Softheat heat plate in combination with the heated TB7 base plate, both of which are absolutely new innovations. This combination offers enormous simplification as well as improvement in quality and process reliability, especially with multi-stage transfers.
The device can be connected and controlled via Bluetooth with a mobile device and the Secabo Smart Transfer App.
The device is ready for control via the Secabo app. With the aid of this app, suitable transfer parameters can be selected for your application.
Duration and temperature can easily be adjusted and monitored using the digital controller.

sublimation transfer:In this process, the heat press transfers graphics, photos and texts that have been printed on a commercially available printer to polyester materials. Printing requires nothing more than special sublimation inks. The heat created by the heat press causes the ink to dye polyester materials. In addition to clothing, this procedure is also suitable for individually designing cups, puzzles, mouse pads, tableware and much more. Please note that this procedure should only be used on bright, preferably white materials, to facilitate a realistic color reproduction.

When choosing the appropriate heat press, the shape of the receiving material and the size of the objects to be transferred are key factors. Folding presses or swing presses are used to finish flat materials, such as textiles or tiles, with a personalized design.
