Secabo TP10 pneumatic heat press 80cm x 100cm
The newly developed heat press Secabo TP10 is for professional textile printers of large objects: With an extra large work area of 80 x 100 cm, the transfer press is particularly suitable for heat transfers on expansive media such as flags, sheets or room dividers made of textile. The base plate acts as a drawer, which allows comfortable arranging of transfer objects and can be handled despite its size with little effort. The pressure of the TP10 transfer press is produced by compressed air, which means working with consistent and reproducible results. The pneumatic head of the heat plate allows due to vertical contact pressure a flawless transferring of various materials without displacement effects, etc. The Secabo TP10 heat press with a heat output of 5.1 kW is suitable for all standard transfer processes and thus can be used in almost all areas of technology transfer.
Duration and temperature can easily be adjusted and monitored using the digital controller.
The work pressure is easy to adjust - in each case matching the transfer object and procedure.

A heat press, transfers text, logos or images onto different materials. The device works with pressure as well as heat in order to achieve long-lasting results. sublimation transfer:In this process, the heat press transfers graphics, photos and texts that have been printed on a commercially available printer to polyester materials. Printing requires nothing more than special sublimation inks. The heat created by the heat press causes the ink to dye polyester materials. In addition to clothing, this procedure is also suitable for individually designing cups, puzzles, mouse pads, tableware and much more. Please note that this procedure should only be used on bright, preferably white materials, to facilitate a realistic color reproduction.

Folding presses or swing presses are used to finish flat materials, such as textiles or tiles, with a personalized design.
