Best performance and high comfort with the Secabo LITE series - With this new development of the successful Secabo TC5 toggle press, Secabo is launching a lucrative modular system that opens up a host of new possibilities for users. A plus in flexibility due to easily exchangeable components, in short a basic product with great upgrade options. The new LITE models therefore have the advantage of being able to upgrade individual base plates or heating plates as needed in a cost-saving manner and to easily exchange components. Secabo's TC5 LITE transfer press is a modular automatic opening toggle press. The user does not have to wait next to the press during transfers, but can pursue other activities. After the set time has elapsed, the press opens automatically and announces this three seconds in advance with an acoustic signal. The pressing process can be interrupted at any time at the push of a button - for example to prepress textiles. Temperature and pressing time are conveniently preselected via a digital controller. The pressing pressure is set via a large handwheel on the top of the heating plate. The TC5 LITE heat press, with a work surface of 38cm x 38cm, has an additional cover plate on the heating plate to protect the user from burns. The construction of the TC5 LITE is fully modular, control unit, heating plate, base plate and base frame can be disassembled and exchanged in a few simple steps. This also allows the use of other heating plates, for example. The LITE transfer presses offer everything that makes textile transfers with Secabo so convenient. All professional applications of the common hot transfer processes such as flock foils, flex foils, sublimation, InkJet-Flex, etc. are of course possible. The Secabo TC5 LITE can be optionally equipped with interchangeable plates in various formats - including a membrane base plate, a quick-change system as well as a slide extension for use as a double plate press. Furthermore, with the TC5 LITE you also have the possibility to upgrade to our Secabo TC-SMART series.
Our LITE models are equipped with electronics developed based on Secabo's extensive industry know-how. The digital controller for temperature and time allows you to make the desired settings easily and quickly. And of course you can switch between C° and F°. The control concept has been deliberately kept simple to enable the user to handle the press even more effectively.
The LITE generation of the well-known models TC5 and TC7 convinces with a very intelligent design and construction. When selecting the processed components, attention was paid to high-quality materials and surfaces. Both LITE presses have a modular design and can be optionally equipped quickly and easily with interchangeable platens in various formats, with a quick-change system and a slide extension. The hot platen has been fitted with an additional guard plate. The compact dimensions and modular design allow disassembly into lightweight packages for transport and shipping.
With the Secabo LITE version, you have numerous options to create your own ideal work tool. Due to the modular design, our LITE models can also be converted to the SMART model. In addition, you can also upgrade with the passive membrane bottom plate. The membrane can be easily inflated via a small blower ball. This allows you to determine the maximum compensation height of the membrane for a transfer. The contact pressure is set as usual on the transfer press, for example via a handwheel on the heating plate. The possibilities are therefore diverse and easy to implement individually according to your needs with the LITE version.
Time and temperature can easily be set and controlled by the digital controllers.
The work pressure is easy to adjust - in each case matching the transfer object and procedure.

sublimation transfer:In this process, the heat press transfers graphics, photos and texts that have been printed on a commercially available printer to polyester materials. In addition to clothing, this procedure is also suitable for individually designing cups, puzzles, mouse pads, tableware and much more. Please note that this procedure should only be used on bright, preferably white materials, to facilitate a realistic color reproduction.

When choosing the appropriate heat press, the shape of the receiving material and the size of the objects to be transferred are key factors. Folding presses or swing presses are used to finish flat materials, such as textiles or tiles, with a personalized design.
