With the TC2 heat press Secabo shows up with the right press for the introduction into textile finishing and other transfer techniques. On the digital controller of the Secabo TC2 time and temperature for the transfers can be set. After the transfer is done, an acoustic signal sounds. The contact pressure is adjusted by a hand wheel on the upper side of the heating plate. The pressing operation starts when the pressing lever is closed. The large opening angle allows comfortable preparing of the transfer objects on the base plate. The TC2 has a working area of 23cm x 33cm and a heating plate with a power consumption of 1.000W.
Time and temperature can easily be set and controlled by the digital controllers.
The work pressure is easy to adjust - in each case matching the transfer object and procedure.
The safety and quality of this device is constantly monitored - according to German safety standards.
The high-quality heat plate ensures an exact temperature distribution over the entire heating surface.

A heat press, transfers text, logos or images onto different materials. The device works with pressure as well as heat in order to achieve long-lasting results. A heat press is like a large iron, but with more pressure and more intensive heat. Heat presses are suited for a wide range of transfer processes.
motives from flock or flex material or decals can be transferred to garments with the heat press. E.g. soccer jerzys can be decorated with names, numbers or the club's logo
In this process, the heat press transfers graphics, photos and texts that have been printed on a commercially available printer to polyester materials. Printing requires nothing more than special sublimation inks. The heat created by the heat press causes the ink to dye polyester materials. In addition to clothing, this procedure is also suitable for individually designing cups, puzzles, mouse pads, tableware and much more. Please note that this procedure should only be used on bright, preferably white materials, to facilitate a realistic color reproduction.
A design is cut out of an inkjet flex foil and then transferred to a piece of clothing using a heat press. The highlight: Regular ink from a normal printer is preserved by special varnish beads inside the inkjet flex foil through the transfer process. This facilitates the production of durable textile finishes in photo quality with simplest means. One might, for example, design a soccer fan shirt with a country pennant.such as a country pennant on a soccer fan shirt, etc.

The uses and possibilities of a heat press are as diverse as the various different transfer methods that exist. Heat presses allow both professionals and ambitious hobbyists to make their personal design ideas a reality, such as for example:
Creative design of cups and mugs
Individual design of mouse pads
Processing and design of clothing such as T-shirts, jackets or sweaters, for example, for bands, schools, work clothes, designer collections
durable garment decoration with motives from flock or flex - ideal for sport clubs
Creation of personal Hat
Design your own towels and bathroom textiles
Creative design of large-scale photo motifs on bathroom or kitchen tiles
create your individual bags
When choosing the appropriate heat press, the shape of the receiving material and the size of the objects to be transferred are key factors. Folding presses or swing presses are used to finish flat materials, such as textiles or tiles, with a personalized design. The Secabo TC 2 heat press, for example, is a reliable entry-level folding press for smaller designs. The Secabo TC 5 heat press is suitable for larger designs. There are special mug presses that perfectly adapt to the shape of a mug to allow for creating an individualized mug collection, such as the Secabo TMUG heat press.
The practical suction cups from Secabo serve an even better way of working. This means that even...
heat resistant mat made of silicon to compensate unevennesses (e. g. tiles) and to protect...
