Overview: BLACK DEAL: Secabo TM5 cup press

With the TM5 cup press from Secabo orders can be processed faster. It can carry transfers up to 5 cups at a time, making possible the 5 separately controllable heating elements. Thus, the TM5 is ideal for efficient sublimation transfers on ceramic cups and similar objects, especially for larger runs or higher throughput. The digital controllers control temperature and time of the heating elements exactly and safely. The contact pressure can be easily adjusted via a handwheel. The device is supplied with 5 cups for cups with content 325 ml, as an extra free is an additional reserve cuff. Optionally, another heating element for small cups is available. Our recommendation: Only switch on the individual heating elements for actual use, as this will save you the heating elements and save energy.

TM5 High Five at cup transfer

The TM5 is ideal for efficient sublimation transfers on ceramic cups and similar objects with larger print runs. It can perform cup transfers with up to five cups at a time! It has never been easier to create an individual cup collection in such a short time. This is made possible by 5 separately controllable heating elements.

Digital control of all heating elements

A digital controller is available for each heating element, on which the temperature and time can be individually preselected. In addition, they allow the pressing processes to be counted, which is an advantage especially for larger productions in order to maintain an overview. Our recommendation: Only switch on the individual heating elements for actual use, as this protects the heating elements and saves energy.

Regulate contact pressure completely individually

The working pressure is easy to regulate - for this purpose there is a small black ball with a nut behind each heating element, which by turning adjusts the pressure individually. There are five sleeves for cups with 325 ml capacity for the TM5 and an additional spare sleeve is included as a free extra. An additional heating element for small cups is optionally available.

applications for heat presses

designing like the pros - using heat transfer presses

What is a heat press?

A heat press, transfers text, logos or images onto different materials. The device works with pressure as well as heat in order to achieve long-lasting results. A heat press is like a large iron, but with more pressure and more intensive heat. Heat presses are suited for a wide range of transfer processes.

finishing of garments with flock and flex

motives from flock or flex material or decals can be transferred to garments with the heat press. E.g. soccer jerzys can be decorated with names, numbers or the club's logo

sublimation transfer:

In this process, the heat press transfers graphics, photos and texts that have been printed on a commercially available printer to polyester materials. Printing requires nothing more than special sublimation inks. The heat created by the heat press causes the ink to dye polyester materials. In addition to clothing, this procedure is also suitable for individually designing cups, puzzles, mouse pads, tableware and much more. Please note that this procedure should only be used on bright, preferably white materials, to facilitate a realistic color reproduction.

Inkjet flex:

A design is cut out of an inkjet flex foil and then transferred to a piece of clothing using a heat press. The highlight: Regular ink from a normal printer is preserved by special varnish beads inside the inkjet flex foil through the transfer process. This facilitates the production of durable textile finishes in photo quality with simplest means. One might, for example, design a soccer fan shirt with a country pennant.such as a country pennant on a soccer fan shirt, etc.

Why do I need a heat press?

The uses and possibilities of a heat press are as diverse as the various different transfer methods that exist. Heat presses allow both professionals and ambitious hobbyists to make their personal design ideas a reality, such as for example:

Creative design of cups and mugs
Individual design of mouse pads
Processing and design of clothing such as T-shirts, jackets or sweaters, for example, for bands, schools, work clothes, designer collections
durable garment decoration with motives from flock or flex - ideal for sport clubs
Creation of personal Hat
Design your own towels and bathroom textiles
Creative design of large-scale photo motifs on bathroom or kitchen tiles
create your individual bags

Which is the right heat press for my projects?

When choosing the appropriate heat press, the shape of the receiving material and the size of the objects to be transferred are key factors. Folding presses or swing presses are used to finish flat materials, such as textiles or tiles, with a personalized design. The Secabo TC 2 heat press, for example, is a reliable entry-level folding press for smaller designs. The Secabo TC 5 heat press is suitable for larger designs. There are special mug presses that perfectly adapt to the shape of a mug to allow for creating an individualized mug collection, such as the Secabo TMUG heat press.
